Moenes Elias, president of Electrochemicals lnc. and Dick Litavis, Sr., president of Paradign, Inc. announce that Electrochemicals lnc. has acquired certain assets of Paradign lnc. including that company’s U.S. sales of Lackwerke Peters Specialty Products sold to the U.S. printed wiring board fabrication industry.

In this new arrangement, Electrochemicals will become the exclusive distributor for Lackwerke Peters in the United States serving the printed wiring board fabricators.

Paradign, Inc. based in Ashland, Massachusetts will continue to offer all Lackwerke Peters products and services in Canada and Mexico. They will focus on assembly, chem milling and related industries in the United States.

Lackwerke Peters, Kempen, Germany, is a global supplier of liquid photoimageable soldermasks, inks and many other polymer based products. The company is a leader in developing niche products such as peelable soldermasks, flexible photoimageable coverlays and heat sinks.

New Electrochemicals appointments

Mr. Dick Litavis, president of Paradign, while continuing to operate Paradign’s other lines of business, will serve as a consultant to Electrochemicals.

Mr. Rick Litavis, Jr. will join Electrochemicals in the capacity of National Technical Product Manager on a full time basis.
