Electrochemicals installed 30 new lines in 2001 with its patented
Shadow® Direct Metallization Process, with
another 10 already installed this year to date. Many of the
newest customers process high reliability multilayer pwbs, including
interconnects with very high aspect ratio vias, blind and buried vias and IC
substrates. So far in 2002, 10 additional Shadow®
Process lines have been installed around the world.
Since its development, Shadow®
Technology has been utilized by over 175 pwb fabricators worldwide, several of
which have multiple Shadow® Process equipment
lines. |
