Electrochemicals recieves award at IPC Expo

Electrochemicals was one of only 15 companies honored for "Most Innovative Technology" for 2002 at IPC Printed Circuits Expo 2002, held in Long Beach, California, March 26-28, 2002

The Innovative Technology Committee, composed of IPC Trade Show representatives, examined over 65 applications from suppliers for inclusion in this year's Innovative Technology Showcase.

Electrochemicals was chosen for its introduction of CO-BRA BOND® SM, the pretreatment process designed to improve adhesion of liquid photoimageable soldermask and dielectric materials to the copper surface.
